I'd be very interested to get your opinion of Vincent Carême's wines. Last year in Saumur I got hold of some of his 2007 Vouvray Sec during a promotion of organic wines. It disappeared so quickly that we are planning a trip over to Vernou-sur-Brenne to pick up some more. It's a bit of a trek, albeit a pretty one, so any tasting notes would be appreciated. Mark

Stokeybeard. I don't taste Vincent's wines that regulalry but have been impressed with those that I have tasted.

I think a trip wuld be worthwhile, especially as AC Vouvray is reasoanbly compact and you could go and see other producers as well.
